Bag information

Sizes and prices

You get two choices in bag sizes / weights:

Light-weight bags: $10 each. 14 inches wide by 16 inches tall. 100% cotton canvas tote bag. Although this is a light-weight canvas, you can carry fairly heavy items. I filled one up with cd's and had no problem carrying it around. 2 gallons of milk might cause it to tear, though.
Heavy-weight bags: $15 each. 13 inches wide by 13 inches tall. The cotton canvas is much thicker than the light-weight bag and is more suitable for carrying heavy items.

30-day money back guarantee

If the bag tears or if you just hate it, return the bag within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. (The small print: If you return the bag, it's highly recommend that you add a tracking number, since Keiken can't be responsible for anything that the postal service loses.)

Care of your bag

Both bags should be washed in cold water and air dried. The light-weight bag, in particular, shrinks when dried in a hot drier. The colours fade quite a bit when the bags are washed, too.

What if I don't see an image I like?

No problem! Just contact me to let me know what image by Keiken Illustrations you would like on the bag, and it can be put on for NO extra cost.

Security

Security: The only time sensitive information is sent online is when you pay with a credit card or e-check. Those payments are taken through Paypal, who has one of the most secure payment policies online. Any information that is here with me will also NEVER be seen by anyone else, unless you count the dog. Your personal information will NEVER disclosed to any third party without a court order.

Shipping: Shipping on every order over $75 is free. Orders less than $75 vary depending on where you are located. To see your shipping costs before you buy, put the item(s) in the shopping cart then choose your location. If you need to return something, no problem. Also, there's no sales tax.

Returns: Yes, returns are accepted. You can return any damaged merchandise for a full refund or credit. Make sure to examine the contents of your order upon arrival and call right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 2 weeks to arrange a return.
