Care for your tray
- Cleaning
- Clean tray with soap & water. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemicals, sponges, etc. Although the tray is water resistant, do not put tray in dishwasher.
- Sunlight
- Do not leave in direct sunlight for an extended amount of time. Sunlight may fade the design in the tray & / or turn the clear coating yellow sooner than otherwise.
- Heat
- Extreme heat may warp the clear coating inside the tray. Items like cups of coffee or tea in the tray are fine. (Cold drinks are not a problem.)
- Variations
- Each tray is made by hand, so variations in paint, colour, and tray type are to be expected.
- Yellowing
- Some yellowing of the coating over the main image is to be expected over time. You can delay this by not putting the tray in direct sunlight. The yellowing is not extreme, like a sunflower, but is subtle.
